ALL MEETINGS OF THE UTILITY BOARD ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND WRITTEN COMMENTS ARE INVITED ON ALL OPEN SESSION BUSINESS ITEMS.  THE WEATHERFORD CITY HALL IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE, AND SPECIAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.  IF A SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION, PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY SECRETARY A MINIMUM OF TWENTY-FOUR HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING, AND EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION.

Roll Call                       Roll Call- Chairman Ronnie Warren, Members Johnie Herbert, Paul Phillips, 

Joe Tison, John Rogers, Waymon Hamilton and Therylene K. Helm.  City Staff: City Manager George Campbell, Director of Utilities Kraig Kahler, City Attorney Ed Zellers, and City Secretary Angela Winkle.

 

UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ACTION MAY BE TAKEN ON ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

 

PUBLIC INPUT            The Utility Board has set aside a time of 15 minutes to hear from citizens on any matter of interest or concern that is not on the agenda.  Any speaker may have one presentation per meeting and is asked to limit their remarks to three (3) minutes.  No formal Utility Board action is permitted under the Texas Open Meetings Law.  All speakers are asked to sign the speaker registration form.  The Board asks that any and all groups appoint a spokesperson(s) and limit their spokesperson(s) to no more than three (3) speakers.

 

1. Minutes                    Approve minutes from the Joint Meeting with the Weatherford Municipal Utility Board, Weatherford City Council and Weatherford Independent School District Board of Trustees on September 14, 2004, the Regular Municipal Utility Board meeting held on September 17, 2004 and the Special Utility Board meeting held on September 28, 2004.

 

ACTION ITEMS

2.  FR101504-01            Discuss and take action on an update to the Weatherford Electric Service Policy.

 

3.  FR101504-02            Discuss and take action on adopting the Water/Wastewater Standard

                                    Specifications Policy.

 

4.  FR101504-03            Discuss and take action on adopting the Developer’s Agreement for Water and

                                    Wastewater Facilities.

 

5.  FR101504-04            Discuss and take action on adopting the Pro Rata Policy.

 

6.  FR101504-05            Discuss and take action on an adjustment to the Weatherford Water Supply

                                    Reservoir lake lot transfer fee.

Pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, VTCS, (Open Meetings Law) in accordance with the

Authority contained in Section 551.072- Deliberation regarding the purchase, lease, sale or value of real

Property- Weatherford Water Supply Reservoir Marina lease.

 

ACTION FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

8.  FR101504-06           Discuss and take action on a recommendation to the City Council regarding an amendment to the Weatherford Water Supply Reservoir Marina lease.
