In celebration of the 50th Anniversary Year of the first humans landing on the Moon on July 20, 1969, as part of NASA’s Apollo 11 lunar mission, join us for a special event - The Future of Spaceflight. Meet representatives from the award winning National Space Society of North Texas. NSS is an independent, educational, grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to the creation of a spacefaring civilization. NSS will have complimentary NASA lithographs and stickers, as well as NSS magazines and postcards to give out. Special presentation from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. “The Moon, Asteroids, and Mars: The Future of Spaceflight” NASA and the Commercial Spaceflight companies are on the verge of taking astronauts, space tourists, and space settlers farther, faster - and at less expense - than ever before.
