Pursuant to Chapter 62 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure "Sexual Offender Registration Program," the following information is available.

The Weatherford Police Department is responsible for the registration of sex offenders inside the Weatherford city limits. The information available here does not include sex offenders registered in other cities or areas of Parker County.

Sex Offenders Requirements
Registered sex offenders are required to register at least once per year and the department takes action against those who do not meet their registration requirements. Likewise, the department will take action against citizens who abuse information regarding registered sex offenders.
