Test Dates for Police Officer Applicants
Upcoming Test Date
  • There are no test dates scheduled at this time.  

Test Information
  • Officer applicants must test to be considered for employment.
  • Written test includes vocabulary, reading comprehension, basic math, essay and stress tests.
  • Physical test includes 1.5 mile timed run, pushups in one minute and sit-ups in one minute.
  • The physical tests will be graded based upon standards outlined by The Cooper Institute.
  • Come dressed for the physical agility test. This is not an interview.
  • You do not need to pre-register or complete an application or other paperwork prior to the test.
  • Applications and personal history statements will be handed out on the date of the exam.
  • You must bring a picture ID.
