PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Weatherford is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of chemicals for water treatment. The bid must be sealed and marked “BID 2023-001 CHEMICALS FOR WATER TREATMENT” and returned to the Purchasing Department located at 303 Palo Pinto Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086 prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 303 Palo Pinto Street. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
The chemicals for this bid include anhydrous ammonia and citric acid. Estimated quantities are available in the bid documents.
The bid documents will be available beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, October 3, 2022 and may be obtained at no charge from the City’s website at www.weatherfordtx.gov/engineering/bid. It is the downloader’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents, as defined in the Bid Invitation, is received.
