Public Notices - 2909 E Bankhead Annexation

Brief Description - PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43, the City of Weatherford, Texas, proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings on land generally described as being approximately 2.23 acre tract of land situated in the L.P. Duncan Survey, Abstract No. 391 and the W. M. Cozart Survey, Abstract No. 245, Parker County, Texas, and being a portion of a called 5-acre tract of land described in the contract of sale and purchase as recorded in volume 1878, page 1449, Real Records, Parker County, Texas to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of the city.
