Public Notices - Pafford Tract 2021 Voluntary Annexation

Brief Description - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43, the City of Weatherford, Texas, proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings on "Pafford 2021", a 238.012 acre tract of land located in parts of the S. Olinger Survey, Abstract 1027, the John D Snyder Survey, Abstract 1169, the T & P RR. Co. Survey, Abstract 1443, the J. A. Long Survey, Abstract 2703, the A. Q. Simmons Survey, Abstract 2421 and the John Snyder Survey, Abstract 1170, Parker County, Texas and being the same land described in Document 202106885 Deed Records, Parker County, Texas to enlarge and expand the boundaries of the City of Weatherford. The City Council of the City of Weatherford, Texas, will hold a public hearing on the proposed annexation, and will consider adoption of the ordinance for the proposed voluntary annexation on the following date: DATE: Tuesday, April 13, 2021 TIME: 6:30 P.M. LOCATION: Weatherford City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Palo Pinto Street All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Should you require special accommodations to participate, please contact the City Secretary at 817-598-4202 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and every effort will be made to make reasonable accommodations. City Hall is wheel chair accessible and special parking is available from the south side of the building.
