Public Notices - South Bowie Trails

Brief Description - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43, the City of Weatherford, Texas, proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings on "Tricor/South Bowie Trails" being a tract of land situated in the Ferdinand Emma Survey, Abstract Number 421, in Parker County, Texas, and being a portion of “Tract 1” described by deed to South Bowie Investments Partners, LP, as recorded under Volume 2385, Page 571, Official Public Records of Parker County, Texas, (O.P.R.P.C.T.), the subject tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds and enclosing 36.360 acres (1,583,849 square feet) of land, more or less, to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of the City. The City Council of the City of Weatherford, Texas, will hold a public hearing on the proposed voluntary annexation, and will consider adoption of the ordinance for the proposedvoluntary annexation on the following date: DATE: Tuesday, August 23, 2022 TIME: 6:30 P.M. LOCATION: Weatherford City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Palo Pinto Street All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Should you require special accommodations to participate, please contact the City Secretary at 817-598-4202 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and every effort will be made to make reasonable accommodations. City Hall is wheelchair accessible and special parking is available from the south side of the building.
