| Minor Plat | $500 plus $7 per lot if performed by City Staff; or the fee that a qualified, independent third-party entity would charge for those services; or the actual costs assessed to the City by a third-party entity that provides those services to the City. |
| Preliminary/Final/Replat Plat | $700 plus $7 per lot if performed by City Staff; or the fee that a qualified, independent third-party entity would charge for those services; or the actual costs assessed to the City by a third-party entity that provides those services to the City. |
| Planned Unit Development Zoning Amendment | $1,000 |
| Petition for Release from City Extraterritorial Jurisdiction | $500 |
| Public Improvement Inspection Fee | $35 per hour of direct inspection and administrative time up to 10 hours per day if performed by City staff; or the fee that a qualified, independent third-party entity would charge for those services; or the actual costs assessed to the City by a third-party entity that provides those services to the City. |
| Special Use Permit | $200 (Any appeals prior to scheduling hearings will require an additional fee of $350) |
| Site Development Permit Application | $50 per hour of direct inspection and administrative time up to 10 hours per day if performed by City staff; or the fee that a qualified, independent third-party entity would charge for those services; or the actual costs assessed to the City by a third-party entity that provides those services to the City. |
| Site Plan Review Application | 1st review: $250, 2nd Review: $500, 3rd Review: $750, 4th Review (and all additional reviews): $1,000 if performed by City staff; or the fee that a qualified, independent third-party entity would charged for those services; or the actual costs assessed to the City by a third-party entity that provides those services to the City. |
