Residential Permitting: Step-by-step Guide

1. Prepare Your Documents 

Before submitting an application, gather the following materials. Requirements may vary depending on the scope of your project. 

  • Property deed or proof of ownership
  • Site plan showing your property boundaries and where the work will be done
  • Detailed construction drawings/blueprints
  • Product specifications for materials you'll use (scope of work)
  • Contractor license information

 

2. Submit Your Application:

3. Plan Review:
