City Holidays
If a holiday or an associated closure day occurs during the work week, most City offices including City Hall, Municipal Court, the Library, and the Animal Shelter will be closed. Police, Fire, and Emergency Services remain in operation during all holidays. While City offices may be closed in recognition of a holiday, Trash and Recycling Services could still be conducting collections. Please check the schedule below to determine if your service will be affected. The City will be closed on the following dates:

The route schedule for Sanitation will resume after a holiday is observed.
For Example
If you are scheduled for the Monday/Thursday route and a holiday is observed on Monday, your next collection day would be the following Thursday. If you are scheduled for the Tuesday/Friday route and a holiday is observed on Friday, your next collection day would be the following Tuesday.
