Thank you for considering Weatherford Fire-Rescue for your ride-along. In order to process your ride-along application please follow the instructions below.
Are you 18 years of age or older? All applicants must be over the age of 18 on the date of the ride-along.
Step 1. Print out, fill out, and ensure your signature is notarized on this PDF and this notarized Waiver.
Step 2. Complete the online form located in the link below and upload your notarized PDF and notarized Waiver from Step 1.
